Participation Restrictions
Tours may be canceled if fewer than two participants are registered. Anyone who consumes alcohol on the day of the event prior to riding will not be allowed to participate. Due to vehicle space limitations, non-collapsible wheelchairs and strollers may not be accommodated. If you would like to bring one, please let us know in advance. Children aged 8 and above may participate independently, provided they can closely follow the instructions of the instructor (English only). Participants must weigh 104 kg or less. Please note that riding double on horseback is not allowed.
Essential Information
The tour begins upon pick-up. To ensure everyone enjoys the experience, please arrive at the meeting point on time. *The pick-up vehicle will depart as scheduled. For safety reasons, wearing a helmet is mandatory. Participants will be required to sign a waiver form provided by the tour provider at the beginning of the activity. We recommend that you obtain travel insurance. During the horseback ride, please keep valuable items in a backpack or waist pouch to keep your hands free. *Please avoid heavy items, as they may disrupt balance.
Attire & What to Bring
Wear long pants and suitable shoes for horseback riding (sandals are not permitted).

The tour schedule may be subject to changes or cancellations due to weather conditions, traffic situations, or other factors. Pick-up is available only from designated hotels in the Waikiki and Ala Moana areas; areas such as Ko Olina and Kahala are not included. Tips are not included in the tour price. If you request any additional services or are satisfied with the tour, it is appreciated if you provide a gratuity to your guide or driver. Please be aware that the tour may be canceled on the day of the event due to weather or other circumstances. If a cancellation takes place because of weather-related issues after the trip has commenced, we will provide a refund for the difference between the original itinerary and the alternative sightseeing course.

Participation Restrictions
If there are fewer than 2 participants, the tour may be canceled. For security reasons when entering the military base, bringing any baggage is strictly prohibited. If you arrive with luggage larger than what can fit in your pocket, you will not be allowed to participate, and no refund will be issued.

The tour schedule may be subject to changes or cancellations due to weather, traffic conditions, and other factors. If transportation is included, it is limited to designated hotels in the Waikiki and Ala Moana areas; Ko Olina and Kahala districts are excluded. During the 60-minute guided tour of the USS Missouri, guests might participate in a 30-minute portion with other visitors, under the guidance of an expert specializing in the battleship's history and features. The USS Missouri Memorial offers free wheelchair rentals at the entrance (in front of the restrooms), but availability is limited, so please confirm on the day of your visit. In the gift shop and other locations, credit cards such as American Express, Diners Club, Visa, and MasterCard are accepted. Depending on the location, an ID may be required. Acceptable forms of ID include a government-issued photo ID or a passport. A color copy of the page with your photo and name is also acceptable.
There will be no tours on Thanksgiving, the day of the Honolulu Marathon, December 7(the day of Pearl Harbor Attack), Christmas, and New Year's Day.
Please note that the order of the sites visited may change depending on the weather and crowd conditions on the day. Additionally, there may be instances where the tour company's vehicles cannot enter the base due to circumstances from military authorities.
There is no dress code; however, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing overly revealing clothing or sportswear. Tips are not included in the fee. If you request something or are satisfied with the tour, we would appreciate it if you could give a gratuity to the guide or driver.
Please be aware that, according to U.S. law, accompanying or guiding customers at the Arizona Memorial is prohibited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Important Information
To ensure security, bringing any luggage into military bases is strictly prohibited. Please refrain from bringing bags, backpacks, or pouches that are larger than what can fit in your pockets, and arrive without any items in your hands. Additionally, since you will be entering the base directly from the shuttle, you cannot leave any items inside the vehicle.
While cameras are permitted, please keep in mind that photography is not allowed in certain areas. Your guide will provide specific information regarding these restrictions on the day of the tour.
*Please note that cameras must be brought in without cases or bags. Ensure that any cases or coverings are removed prior to bringing your camera.
Permissible Items
You may bring the following items:
- A wallet that fits in your pocket
- A mobile phone
- A camera that is not in a case or bag
- Water in a clear container
In addition to the items listed above, medical equipment and items necessary for infants during the tour are also allowed.
- Medical equipment (a doctor's note will be required)
- Baby supplies (must be in a clear bag so that the contents are visible)
- Strollers (only collapsible, lightweight models are permitted)
- Canes and wheelchairs (only collapsible models are allowed)
*If you plan to bring any of these items, please inform us at the time of your reservation.
*Due to size restrictions, we may not be able to accommodate all strollers and wheelchairs, so please contact us in advance for clarification.
Please note that the boat cruise to the Arizona Memorial (free of charge) tends to be very crowded during summer vacations and holiday seasons. If the wait time becomes excessively long on the day of the tour, we will have to cancel the Arizona portion of the itinerary. However, since this is a complimentary service, partial refunds will not be possible. Thank you for your understanding.
For guests participating in the Captain's Tour and Chief Engineer's Tour
Participation is restricted to those aged 10 and over. If you have difficulty climbing stairs independently, we regret to inform you that you will not be able to participate. For safety reasons, please wear shoes that cover your toes.

Buggy Experience - 45 Minutes & North Shore Tour

Participation Restrictions:
If the number of participants is fewer than two, the tour may be canceled. Individuals weighing up to 136 kg are permitted to participate. *If you are riding together, the combined weight of two participants must not exceed 136 kg. As a passenger, you will be seated at the back of the buggy.
Participation of Children
- Children aged 10 and older are eligible to join the tour.
- For children aged 10 to 15: Participation on their own is not permitted.
- For those aged 16 to 17: While they cannot participate alone, they may join with a parent or guardian's signature.
*Please be advised that a waiver will need to be signed before participation.
